Correct posture

  1. Can you do these stretches sitting down or standing up? -
    You can do these stretches can be done both ways , standing up and sitting down.
  2. What posture should you always begin at?-Begin with a neutral  posture and your feet firmly on the ground.
  3. Why is breathing helpful? – help blood flow
  4. Choose three of these stretches as your favorite. Why did you select them-Wrist Bends, hand fans and Winmills
